and explain why this discussion was interesting for you.
雅思口語范文(一)
I would like to share an interesting discussion about money management with my mother last week, after a crazy shopping. We spent nearly 3,000 yuan in total on clothes in a famous‘fast fashion' brand shop.
The impulse actually comes from a crazy sale, about 50% off for every single item in this shop. We tried on dozens of clothes, and bought all we felt satisfied with. However, when we returned home and laid them on sofa, we both were regretting it and weren't sure it was such a good idea. We'd spent too much! The discussion later shifted to my money management plan. You know, whether I have a rational saving goals.
To be honest, that was a shame. I was so poor in this respect. I am so terrible at managing my income, like many young adults who have no clue when it comes to managing personal finances.
In fact, my salary is good, but after paying off my credit card debts at the beginning of each month, there is not much left. I live from paycheck to paycheck! That is a shame. But it is very interesting that my mum did not scold me, because she also spent more than she had expected! Both of us cannot resist the temptation of overspending. Where is our money? We look around our rooms, and found it had turned into different styles of clothes in our wardrobes, expensive skin-care products on our table, and various small decorations and accessories... Finally, my mum but pretty important conclusion: life is not cheap, we have got to be n with our money!
雅思口語范文(二)
After watching a popular talk show with the topic ‘people’s budget on vacation’,I had a really interesting discussion with one of my friends yesterday. Do people prefer to spend a lot of money to get unique experience on vacation, or do they like to spend little on holiday?
In my view, the purpose of travelling is to relax and ease our minds. Pa in luxury hotels, and reserving ‘first-class’ scats in the airplane can help our journey. Imagine, after flying long hours from your city to anoth you can get a good rest by living in a deluxe room, the soft bed can guarantee a good sleep quality, the massage bathtub can relax your mind and reliev fatugue on foot and body, the large-scaled French window could bring you more su scenery of the city... How wonderful this journey would be!
However, my friend Wendy completely disagreed. She strong believes about memories, not diamond.' Why do people like to travel? How to wonderful journey? When we go to famous tourist attractions, will we pay more attention to the magnificent landscape, such as gold beaches and snow mountains,or the hotel we live in? When we grow older, only the beauty of the scenery and happy hours with friends and families on the journey can be lodged in our memory.
In fact, this is an interesting but a difficult choice and there is no righ on this topic. As a result, we reached an agreement that, if you have pre savings in your bank account, you can have your cake and eat it!
