  Do you prefer a long break or several short breaks?

  I like short breaks more. I think the most important reason why I prefer short ones is that they are flexible and can easily fit with my tight schedule. You know, I normally have around 5 to 30 minutes of free time between different tasks. All I need to do is to take advantage of these small slots to have a nap. I always got invigorated from every short break.

  What do you usually do during a break?

  Normally, I would just play with my phone at this period of time. I like brushing up my Wechat moments and articles to keep myself updated with the current affairs.
